About the Role

Corus Medical is seeking an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner to lead our Palliative Care Medical Practice. This role blends advanced clinical care with program leadership—perfect for an NP who finds meaning in supporting patients with serious illness while helping shape a growing service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the palliative care program.
   
• Deliver direct patient care while balancing administrative responsibilities.
   
• Partner with the Medical Director to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
   
• Mentor and guide interdisciplinary team members.
   
• Strengthen relationships with referral partners and community providers.
   
• Monitor quality and performance metrics to drive program growth and improvement.
   

 What We’re Looking For

• MSN with APN certification; unrestricted NP license preferred.
   
• Significant NP experience in palliative care, geriatrics, hospice, or serious illness care.
   
• Demonstrated leadership in clinical or practice settings.
   
• Strong clinical judgment, calm under pressure, and a steady, patient-centered presence.
   
• Ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative, values-driven culture.
