Complete Medication Action Reports every six months as required by He-M 1201.
Emergency Support
Provide basic first aid and nursing consultation to staff and individuals during emergency situations as appropriate.
Meetings & Team Participation
Participate in Nursing Department meetings and other assigned meetings.
Attend Individual Service Agreement (ISA) meetings when appropriate.
Actively contribute as a collaborative member of the Nursing Department.
General Responsibilities
Demonstrate teamwork and maintain regular attendance, including in-office and face-to-face interaction, as essential functions of the role.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in public health, community-based services, or supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
He-M 1201 Nurse Trainer Certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three months of employment.
Valid New Hampshire driver's license and reliable transportation available during work hours.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic database systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software systems.
