About the Role:
The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in providing compassionate and attentive care to patients during nighttime hours. This position ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by assisting with daily living activities and monitoring their health status throughout the night. The CNA collaborates closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to support patient care plans and respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions. This role requires vigilance, empathy, and strong communication skills to effectively address patient needs and provide emotional support during vulnerable times. Ultimately, the CNA contributes to maintaining a healing environment that promotes patient dignity and recovery during overnight hours.
