We are now hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) that are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:

Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
Medication administration
Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
CPR Certification required
Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
