A Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule in behavioral health nursing is not the norm — it's the exception. You'll conduct thorough clinical assessments and build personalized care plans for patients navigating anxiety, depression, dementia, and major life adjustments — helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Your Day-to-Day

• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments for newly admitted behavioral health patients
• Develop individualized care plans addressing clinical, medical, and therapeutic needs
• Support patients managing anxiety, depression, dementia, or adjustment-related challenges
• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting, helping patients maintain independence
• Travel to patients across the San Ramon area

What We're Looking For

Education & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current, active RN license in California

Experience:

• BSN with a focus in psychiatric or mental health nursing: minimum 1 year of recent experience (within the last 3 years preferred) in an acute psychiatric unit, psychiatric home care, PHP, or outpatient psychiatric setting
• ADN with a focus in psychiatric or mental health nursing: minimum 2 years of recent experience (within the last 3 years preferred) in the same settings

Additional Requirements:

• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license with insured, reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel to patients across assigned service area
